Terms & Conditions for Hyatt Gold Passport® Points Promotion
Offer valid at Grand Hyatt DFW, Hyatt Regency DFW, Hyatt Regency Dallas and Hyatt Regency North Dallas only. Must request offer code GP REWARDS at time of meeting inquiry. Offer includes Hyatt Gold Passport bonus points for a qualified meeting booked by March 31, 2012, and held by June 30, 2012. Meeting planners can earn 15,000 bonus Gold Passport points for first meeting booked, 30,000 for second meeting booked, 60,000 for third meeting and 100,000 for fourth meeting at the participating hotels listed above. Offer valid on newly contracted meetings with at least ten (10) paid guestrooms on the peak night of the meeting in accordance with the sales contract. Offer subject to availability of function space and guestrooms at time of booking. Offer is not valid in conjunction with previously booked or held meetings or events and may not be combined with any other offers, incentives, discounts, or promotions. Blackout dates may apply. Meeting planners who are members in good standing of the Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards™ program will earn one Hyatt Gold Passport point for every eligible U.S. dollar spent, up to a maximum of 50,000 points per Qualifying Meeting. Meeting planners may also receive a discretionary Gold Passport Planner Reward bonus at the sole discretion of the hotel. Hyatt Gold Passport Planner Rewards program bonus must be requested at the time of booking.
